Media Release Low pass at LUX airport

Luxembourg, 20 May 2023 – Cargolux confirms that short after noon on Saturday 20th May, B747-8F LX-VCB declared an emergency in coming to land at Findel Airport. They had an indication of the aircraft’s landing gears not being properly deployed. They executed a low fly past to confirm that all gears were down. The aircraft landed safely with the emergency services on hand.
No injuries were sustained to people.
