In addition to the various type trainings, Cargolux offers courses to Part-145 organizations like Fuel Tank Safety, EWIS (AMC 20-22) and Human Factor courses (GM 145.A.30) just to name a few. More courses can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements.

As launch customer of the Boeing B747-8F and meanwhile specialist for the B747-8 type training, Cargolux uses very specific training aids, like the flight simulator or the IPT (Integrated Procedure Trainer). Simulator technology software is also used in dedicated classrooms. Furthermore, AR/VR simulation aids are steadily integrated into trainings to provide the best possible learning experience.

Practical training is performed on “in service” aircraft and engines (on airplanes or in the work shop).

Regularly updated and improved course material together with the excellent liaison between instructors and mechanics / inspectors contributes significantly to the quality of Cargolux's courses.
