Cargolux Airlines International S.A. Beijing Representative Office, Cargolux Airlines International S.A. 
Shanghai Representative Office, Cargolux Airlines International S.A. Zhengzhou Representative Office, Cargolux Airlines International S.A. Xiamen Representative Office, or any other subsidiary, branch or representative office of Cargolux Airlines International S.A. in China, which is the host entity of the position which you apply for (as the case may be) (hereafter referred to as “Cargolux” or “we”) is committed to the protection of your personal information in accordance with data protection laws and regulations in China, especially the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC (the “PIPL”).

This Data Protection Notice for recruitment (China) (this “Notice”) is intended to inform candidates who apply for a job at Cargolux (“you”) on the processing of their personal information. For the purpose of this Notice, “China” or the “PRC” solely refers to the mainland of the People’s Republic of China, and does not include Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macau Special Administrative Region and Taiwan. 
本《招聘数据保护通知（中国）》（“本通知”）旨在告知申请 Cargolux 职位的求职者（“您”）我们对您的个人信息的处理情况。仅为本通知之目的，“中国”或“中国境内”仅指中华人民共和国内地/大陆地区，不包括香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区。 
 
Please be informed that the duration, nature and purpose of the processing, as well as the type of personal information collected in the scope of the recruitment process may vary according to the nature of the position to which you are applying to.

Cargolux is responsible as a data controller (i.e. personal information processor as defined under the PIPL), for collecting and processing your personal information in relation to your application for a position at Cargolux and our recruitment process.

We collect and use your personal information to the extent necessary in relation to our recruitment process and to ensure that your application can be considered by the relevant Cargolux department(s).

We may collect various types of personal information that you decide to or are requested to submit in relation to your application for a particular job position, including:

求职申请数据：简历、求职信、以往的工作经验、学历、专业资格或其他关于您的专业资格和经验、技能和能力、专业兴趣、您在有关国家工作的权利的详情、所寻求的雇佣类型、期望薪资、工作偏好、申请表、面试表（招聘）、招聘和筛选表、推荐信（前雇主）、审核问卷、工作证明（前雇主）、推荐人的姓名和详细联系方式等.

In each case, we will make sure that the Processing of your sensitive Personal Information is necessary to achieve the specific purposes as described in this Notice, and our Processing of your sensitive Personal Information will be equipped with strict security measures and be conducted in a manner of having the least impact on your personal rights and interests.

We generally do not require or expect job applicants to include any other sensitive personal information (e.g. health records, financial account information, criminal records) as part of the job application documentation. However, such processing may take place in the onboarding process, which should be subject to the China Employee Privacy Notice. 
我们一般不要求也不期望求职者在求职申请材料中包含任何其他敏感个人信息（例如健康记录、财务账户信息、犯罪记录等）。但我们可能在入职流程中处理该等个人信息，该等数据处理活动应受限于《中国员工隐私通知》 》。 

We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:

Cargolux will only process your personal information where we have a legal basis for doing so. In the frame of the recruitment process, we process your personal information on the following basis:

For the purposes of the recruitment process, your personal information may be shared internally on a strict need to know basis, with members of the Cargolux human resources department, interviewers involved in the recruitment process and management in the business area with a vacancy.

We will comply with applicable legal requirements providing adequate safeguards for the transfer of personal information to jurisdictions other than the PRC where you are located. When we transfer your personal information to those jurisdictions, we will protect such information as described in this Notice, as disclosed to you at the time of data collection. You may exercise your rights in relation to your personal information against the overseas recipients at their respective contact information set out above. 
我们会遵守适用的法律要求，在将个人信息传输至中国（即您所在地）境外的其他法域时为相关信息提供充分的保障。当我们将您的个人信息传输至那些法域时，我们会按照本通知的规定、在收集信息时披露的方式，为这些信息提供保护。您可通过上述各联系方式向境外接收方行使与您的个人信息相关的权利。 

The processing of your personal information is carried out through IT, electronic and manual tools, with logics strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and, in any event, in compliance with the appropriate technical and organizational measures required by law to ensure a level of security that is adequate to the risk, in order to avoid unauthorized loss or access to your data.

Unless applicable laws and regulations provide otherwise, if your job application is unsuccessful, we will retain your personal information for up to 1 year after the end of the relevant recruitment process. At the end of that period, or once you opposed to your personal information being processed, your personal information will be anonymized, deleted or destroyed. 
除非适用的法律法规另有规定，如果您的求职申请未成功，我们将在相关招聘流程结束后保存您的个人信息最长至 1 年。在该期限届满后，或如果您反对我们处理您的个人信息，您的个人信息将被匿名化、删除或销毁。 
 
Note that in case you are selected for the job position you have applied for, the above categories of personal information will continue being processed as part of your employment.

In accordance with the PIPL (and subject to conditions and restrictions set forth therein), you may exercise at any time the following rights in relation to your personal information:

Right to access and reproduction: You have the right to access and reproduce the personal information concerning you. Considering that we process a large quantity of information, you must specify the information or processing activities to which your request relates;

Right to rectification: You have the right to request us to rectify inaccurate personal information concerning you or supplement incomplete personal information;

Right to erasure: You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in accordance with law in certain circumstances specified under the PRC law. However, your right to erasure will not affect the lawfulness of our processing prior to the erasure request or processing based on other legal bases; 
删除权：在法律规定的某些特定情形下，您有权依法要求我们删除您的个人信息。但是，您行使删除权不会影响我们此前已开展的或基于其他法律依据开展的处理活动的合法性； 

Right to explanation: You have the right to require us to further explain our rules of processing of personal information which is unclear or not addressed in this Notice; 解释说明权：您有权要求我们就本通知中不明确或未提及的我们的个人信息处理规则向您进一步解释说明； 

Right to transfer: You have the right to request us to transfer your personal information that we hold about you to another controller to the extent the conditions stipulated by the applicable law are fulfilled; 
可转移权：在符合适用法律规定的条件的前提下，您有权要求将我们持有的您的个人信息转移至其他控制者； 

Right to withdraw your consent: If you have given your consent regarding certain types of processing activities, you can withdraw this consent at any time with future effect. Such a withdrawal will not affect the 
lawfulness of the processing prior to the consent withdrawal or processing based on other legal bases; and 
撤回同意权：如果您已就特定类型的处理活动给予您的同意，您可以随时撤回该同意，撤回同意只对于之后的处理活动有效。您撤回同意不会影响此前已开展的或基于其他法律依据开展的处理活动的合法性。 

Other rights permitted by the applicable laws. 适用法律允许的其他权利。  

If you have provided your consent to the processing of your personal information, you can withdraw such consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before your withdrawal.
