Embargoed Goods

Cargolux Airlines will not accept the following for transportation:

Arms, ammunition and military equipment;  Ivory of any kind, raw or worked, any kind, including personal objects and souvenirs;  Wild Captured Animals;  Live Animals and Plants, any type, from Luxembourg to Taiwan;  Frogs & Frogs and Toads, any type, and legs thereof, for consumption purposes;  Tortoises and Turtles, any type, and products thereof;  Animals, any type, for laboratory research;  Live Animals listed under CITES Appendix 1, unless - consigned to a zoological garden, a national park/reserve, a government wildlife agency or an approved animal care center, or - transported within the scope of a wildlife conservation/preservation program;  live birds, other than poultry, from any country;  Shark fins for human consumption.  Fissile radioactive material;  Explosives, radioactive material and toxic/infectious substances to Ireland;  Wastes of any type;  Dangerous goods in airmail;
