At Cargolux we value cargo and every effort is focussed on the delivery of high quality services.

In the unlikely event of damage or loss of cargo, a “preliminary claim form” available on-line should be completed and forwarded to the carrier Cargolux as notification of the event.

We prefer that this communication is forwarded using the online link below.

Once the form has been completed, a confirmation of receipt is sent by email to the sender.
