Does Cargolux envisage a listing on the stock market?

A stock exchange listing in the medium term is a possibility. A listing of Cargolux shares would create liquidity and give Cargolux access to equity capital to allow future growth. Cargolux believes it will present an exciting investment story to the financial community at the time a flotation of its stock would be considered. It would be beneficial for both, the company, as it would give us an opportunity to strengthen our equity base and for investors, who would gain an opportunity to buy shares in a profitable business in a sector marked by steady growth. A precise indication on the timing for a listing is not possible though, as several preconditions regarding the company and the markets need to be met in order to make the flotation of the stock successful.
