cargo, perishable goods, live animals, sensitive and high-technology equipment
and oversized freight shipments. It competes on these market segments
with large national “generalist” carriers established in Europe,
North and South America as well as Asia. Cargolux also competes with the
integrators such as DHL, FedEx and UPS, though only to the extent that
they are developing their activities in the above-mentioned market segments.
