| CARGOLUX RE-INTRODUCES LAGOS AND ADDS SECOND FREQUENCY TO KINSHASA Luxembourg, 17 June 2004 – Effective 13 June, Cargolux Airlines International S.A. re-introduced its former African destination Lagos, Nigeria. Flight CV 7107 is operated every Sunday with B747-400 freighter aircraft from Luxembourg, departing at 13.30h local, with arrival in Lagos at 18.45h local. From Lagos, the flight continues to Kinshasa and Nairobi and returns from there as CV 7111 to Maastricht and Luxembourg. Nigeria has an important oil and gas industry, that Cargolux supports by transporting oil drilling equipment to the country. Furthermore, general cargo is loaded onto Cargolux’s freighters destined for Lagos. In addition, Cargolux announces a second frequency to Kinshasa. CV 7144 is operated on Thursdays, departing from Luxembourg at 20.40h local, with arrival in Kinshasa on Friday mornings at 03.40h. This flight is continued to Johannesburg with arrival at 10.10h and to Nairobi with arrival at 20.45h local, before returning to Maastricht and Luxembourg as CV7155 on Saturday mornings. On the services to Kinshasa, freight from Europe, the USA, the Gulf region, India and other Asian origins is transported.
