RECEIPT OF APPLICATION
After the screening of the application, the recruitment
officer might contact the candidate for further details and/or copies
of diplomas, licenses etc.
SCREENING OF APPLICATION
When a candidate file is complete, the file is transferred to the respective
division for comments. In case of need and interest, the candidate
will be contacted
by phone or email to arrange an appointment.
REPLY TO THE CANDIDATES
The candidate can expect a written reply whether it is positive or negative.
IN CASE OF INTERVIEW : INVITATION
FOR INTERVIEW
INTERVIEW - PERSONALITY TEST - COMPETENCY TESTS IN LUXEMBOURG
In general, the candidate will be interviewed by the recruiting department
and by the Manager, Recruitment. The interview will be based on technical
knowledge, experience of the candidate and on the description of the
vacancy. Depending on the position, a personality test or competency
test is required.
Feedback on the result of these tests is given the same day.
The candidate can expect a final answer after
the interviews and tests.
