Task Responsibilities:

    - Flight Administration section
  • Check and process flight report envelope data
  • Control and complete if necessary all AIMS Voyage Report data per roundtrip based on the flight envelope data
  • Complete the missing flight plan number in the overflying validation program
  • Assist in the preparation of all records for salary calculation of Cargolux crew and leased crew
  • Assist in the preparation of all records for the per diem calculation
  • Administer the company funds issued to Captains
  • Process operational and CWA covered expenses of the crewmembers
  • Assist in the upcoming work with crew leasing agencies on leased crew
  • Administer the invoicing of flight plans issued to our customers by Dispatch if required
  • Process of Reports if required
  • Produce statistical data if required
  • Verify the crewmembers logbooks for license extension
  • - Cost & Performance Control section
  • To assist in the preparation of the Flight Operations Division budget
  • To give any support to the Flt Ops departments on the monthly Flight Operations Division budget controlling
  • To assist Finance on any cost cutting exercise within Flight Operations Division
  • To assist in the preparation of the monthly Flight Operations Division benchmarking
  • To assist in the preparation of cost allocation keys to and within the Flight Operations Division
  • To assist in promoting cost awareness and the implementation of cost improvement programs
  • To assist on the invoicing of monthly customer work
  • To assist on any issues in regards to the monthly Per Diem and Payroll work by the Flight Administration section
  • To assist on all assigned projects to the department within his/her field of responsibility
  • To assist the manager of the "Cost & Performance Department" on any upcoming issue
  • To communicate and give assistance to his manager and if required to the individual pilot on administrative issues

Essential Requirements:

  • General school leaving certificate of secondary education or equivalent (e.g. A-Level, BAC, Abitur)
  • Previous experience with Finance, Payroll or Accounting is considered as an advantage
  • Good computer skills with proficiencies in Microsoft Office Excel and SAP- experience with AIMS is considered as an advantage
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, French and German
  • Relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people
  • Possess strong analytical skills and be detail oriented
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential data
  • Result and solution oriented
  • Ability to plan/prioritize work in order to meet deadlines

Working Conditions:

  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
  • Flexible with working hours
  • Position based in Luxembourg
  • Occasional travel may be needed
