Full Time, Permanent Contract

Task responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the cargo build up /preparation and optimize the space utilization
  • Collect customer requirements
  • Supervise the handling agent
  • Assist customers as per agreed procedures
  • Keep all the parties informed about the status/condition of the freight
  • Contributes to team effort

Essential requirements for the position:

  • Minimum secondary education
  • Similar working experience will be considered as an advantage
  • Ability to establish and maintain good customer relations
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and French, other languages will be considered as an advantage
  • Have good, standard knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), Outlook
  • Dangerous goods training would be an advantage
  • Be able to work independently and show initiative in solving problems
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Willing to work on shifts 24/7
  • Position based in Luxembourg
