After the screening of the application, the recruitment officer might contact the candidate for further details and/or copies of diplomas, licenses etc. When a candidate file is complete, the file is transferred to the respective division for comments. In general, the candidate will be interviewed by the recruiting department and by the Manager, Recruitment. The interview will be based on technical knowledge, experience of the candidate and on the description of the vacancy. Depending on the position, a personality test or competency test is required.
Feedback on the result of these tests is given the same day.
